We provide door delivery exclusively within Hyderabad city limits. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to other cities or states at this time.

Confirmation and Tracking: Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number and link to monitor your order’s status.
Delivery Timeframe: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days upon completing necessary formalities. Please note, actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, traffic, and weather conditions.

For a smooth delivery experience, ensure you or an authorized person is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If no one is available, we will make contact to reschedule. After two unsuccessful attempts, your order will be canceled, and a refund issued within 7-10 business days.
