Return is a convenient option provided by Jai Ganesh Arts for customers who choose home delivery and receive a damaged idol for any reason. If you encounter any issues with your delivered item, you have the option to request a return within 8 hours of receiving the idol.
How do I return?
To initiate a return, simply send an email to [email protected] with your order number, along with details explaining the reason for the return, and attach pictures of the damaged item as well. This will help expedite the return process.
Jai Ganesh Arts Return and Exchange Policy:
The return and exchange policy at Jai Ganesh Arts allows you to request a return or exchange for delivered items within 8 hours of receiving the idol. Please ensure that you take photos or videos while opening the package to document the condition of the received idol.
Exceptions and Rules:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The items should not have been damaged or tampered with by the customers.

However, please note that the availability of the exact same idol cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on stock availability. Rest assured; Jai Ganesh Arts takes full responsibility for the idol until it is delivered to you.
Once the Quality Check department verifies the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your account. However, please be aware that products that have been damaged or modified by customers may not be eligible for a refund.
