Terms and Conditions
- Delivery is not available for idols above 5 feet in height.
- Free delivery will be done between 25th and 30th August only (upon full payment).
- Handcrafted Variations: The idols may slightly differ from the pictures due to the handcrafted nature by multiple artists.
- Due to the nature of materials and varying weather conditions, minor hairline cracks may appear on the idols. If there are any significant cracks, our artist will visit your location to make finishing touches on site.
- Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Once the delivery date is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If any changes are made on your side, you will be responsible for picking up the idols from the designated pickup point using your own transportation.
