However, in exceptional and unfortunate scenarios, such as accidents, health issues, or unfortunate events like a death in the family, you may apply for cancellation. To initiate the cancellation process, kindly send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and provide the details and reasons for the cancellation.

Jai Ganesh Arts Cancellation Policy:

Once you apply for cancellation, our dedicated team will carefully review the provided reason and circumstances to make a final decision regarding the acceptance of the cancellation. Please understand that our decision will be binding and whether to accept the cancellation or not will be at our discretion.

Exceptions and Rules:

In certain unavoidable situations, such as natural calamities, changes in government policies, or other uncertain events, we may not be able to accept cancellations. Our team will assess these situations and make decisions accordingly, keeping in mind the demands of the circumstances.

Product Cancellation Policy:

If your cancellation is approved by our team, we will proceed with canceling your order, and an email notification will be sent to you to confirm the cancellation. Please be aware that 12% of the total amount paid by you will be deducted as payment gateway and process charges. The remaining amount will be refunded to you through the online payment mode only.

Refund Processing Time:

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund process will be initiated. The time it takes for you to receive the refund will depend on the original payment method used for the transaction. Here is the estimated refund timeline:

Debit Card: 7-10 business days

Credit Card: 7-10 business days
